 24hr Shootout
Commercials: The Real Story
Run Time 5:04
There was a 24 hr film competition in Boulder,
Colorado. I entered this competition.
To insure the film was made in the 24 hr, the
good people of Boulder required a few items to be displayed in
the film. See if you can spot them:
A Hug a Kiss and a Hug - in that order
A couple dancing on a bridge
The Rock at the end of the shopping mall
Recycling dumpsters
A loaf of bread
and a Feather
Written & Directed by Russ Bramblett
Cinematography and In-Camera editing by Scott Douglas
Starring: Joseph Graves, Jena Letham, Jason
Anderson, Russ Bramblett, and of course, Scott Douglas.

The Kung Fu Movie: Part II

With Hollywood making so much money off sequels I figure why not cash in
on some of that goodness. And with that thought here is Kung Fu: Part II: shorter, crappier, and unoriginal.
This is actually the ending I had intended the first
Kung Fu movie to have, but I was unable to finish it properly due to a
humorous leg injury.

The
Grandfather Clause

Hi Res Version

This film was done for the 48 Hour
Film Project For the project we had
two days to write, film and edit our movie. To keep people from
cheating they issue a genre, a prop, a character, and a line of
dialogue.
Genre: Cop/Detective
Prop: A pie
Character: Kenny Coulter, a tattoo artist
Line of Dialogue: "So you think you're
clever,
Huh"? And with those constraints
Scotty, I, and our mutual friend Mr. Guinness got together and
wrote The Grandfather Clause.
Directed and produced by Russ Bramblett
Director in Photography: Scott Douglas
Sound: Jarryl Edwards
Script Supervisor: Wendy Leben
Starring:
Heath C. Heine
Arielle Brachfeld
Russ Bramblett

Some Kind of Hero...

Scott's movie debut.
Written & Directed by Scott Douglas
Scotty hasn't written anything about this movie. I guess he thinks
he's too good for that. |
Seven Cans of Peas

This
is the first horror movie I have ever attempted. There
has been a bag of groceries sitting outside the door of my apartment for
the last week --all canned goods, and since no one has claimed them after
a week I took them. Had I known that it was seven cans of sweet peas I
would have just let them lie, but by the time I'd realized what they were,
it was too late, they were in my possession. Of course I wasn't
going to eat them, I mean they're canned peas, so as any reasonable person
would, I used them to create a horror movie.
